  • Business successors – in the event of a merger, restructuring, or sale.

4. International transfers of data

To ensure your data remains protected wherever it is processed, we implement robust safeguards in line with the GDPR as a “gold standard”:

When available, we rely on adequacy decisions by the European Commission that confirm certain countries provide adequate protection.

For other destinations, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and, where needed, add extra security measures such as encryption and strict access controls.

All third-party providers who help us deliver our services (e.g., game studios, payment partners, identity verification tools) are carefully selected and contractually bound to process your data securely, lawfully, and only under our instructions.
